I have had the pleasure of working with Chris in his chiropractic clinic for over 9 years and almost 3 years ago Meg joined us with her amazing yoga classes to make a perfect fit for our three different modalities.
While I do all my own work now, I must give Chris a massive thanks for his generosity in helping me build my practice by initially having me do his pre-adjustment warm up massages which undoubtably helped grow my own practice. When we moved to our current premises 7 years ago, he built a clinic room specifically for massage so I could build a practice for myself. I feel truly fortunate to have met Chris and to have worked for him and with him.
Chris is a wonderful practitioner, and I have seen him give in numerous patients relief from pain and discomfort. He keenly listens to his patients with great care and whether he is seeing them for the first time or the 50th, his attention and time given to them is still the same.
Chris uses a variety of treatment options from manual adjustment, using the drop benches on his chiropractic table, or his shock wave machine. However, there are clients who do not like the manual adjustment, the so-called "back cracking", so he will then use other techniques to treat the presenting issue. He always has his clients cares and concerns at the forefront of his treatments.
The loyalty from his large client base - some of whom have been seeing him for over 15 years - is a testament to his skills. What I like most about Chris is how he goes about his work; this is not just a business for him. He will never over-treat; he does not sign clients up to long term plans, and he will only see them when he thinks they need to come back. While he strongly recommends regular spinal maintenance, he does not give the hard sell.
I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a Chiropractor.
Meg joined Chris’s clinic in 2022, and made an immediate impact on the energy of our clinic. She has such a positive attitude and, like Chris, has a very loyal following.
With a background in rehabilitation where she worked at Royal Rehab with spinal patients and those with neural impairments, Meg brings with her a mass of experience and care.
Meg’s classes are tailored to the needs of her clients where she takes small groups to ensure attention to everyone. Working with a broad range of styles Meg brings to the classes her knowledge and qualifications of Hatha, Restorative, Adapted Yoga along with experience with Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga.
Meg regularly holds amazing retreats both locally and overseas. Next year she is venturing to Cempadek Island in Indonesia, as well as Italy & Byron Bay, so keep an eye on her website for more information on these immersive getaways
It is such a privilege to work in the Castlecrag/Willoughby area and to have two dedicated and generous practitioners to collaborate with.
