Let me take you through an hour of deeper, longer stretches.
From stretching your Pecs, Lats and Traps to lengthening your Glutes, Hammies, Quads, Calves and Hip Flexors, I can take you through stretches of all these muscles and more.
We can work the whole body or just concentrate on an area specific to your needs.
By laying on the massage table, I will work with you to put each muscle in its optimal position for a deep, long stretch.
We start by finding the point where the muscle begins to feel a stretch with an intensity no greater than a 5 out of 10, then over 2 – 3 minutes we deepen the stretch without increasing the intensity.
I want you to be able to relax into the stretch as much as possible during the whole session, using deep breathing as a tool to help relax the muscles as well as the mind.
Allowing the brain to trust each range of movement is vitally important to maximising the outcome.
